I have taken up running and needed a supportive sports bra for my C’s! This champion max. support definately helps reduce motion and is adjustable on the back strap with hooks and snaps, as well as the shoulder straps with velcro. Felt comfortable to wear but is a little tricky to put on, unless you do the “fasten in front and twist” option. Ordered through amazon from Lady grace who sent it fast and in good condition.
I love this bra! I have had several of these in different sizes, pre-kids post-baby etc and they have always held up well. I hate to bounce and I am usually a 34c and refuse to be “that girl” jogging down the street getting black eyes from her chest flopping all over, yeah you know what I mean. Plus gravity will do enough damage I don’t need to help it out. This bra keeps everything in place and secure. The straps have velcro but it is not irritating and hold tight plus I like the adjustable back. It gives full coverage and is deceptively attractive. The straps don’t dig in. It does use a bit of compression to hold the girls in place but it is not uncomfortable in any way. In fact it slims your side so if you are a golfer or just like have a bigger range in movement this works great. It also lasts forever and unlike bras that use spandex, this bra does not loose shape.
I’m a 38D and I work out 5-6 days/week. That includes running, yoga, aerobics classes, volleyball leagues, and weightlifting. This is the only bra I’ve worn for the last ten years and it’s awesome. Keeps me well-supported, doesn’t just do the “smoosh” by having semi-separate cup areas, and the extra snap strap in the back is a hidden blessing. The only down sides (which don’t affect my rating) are: the stitching inside tends to wear out pretty quickly.,. If you run long distances/times, the elastic around the rib cage can chafe (I didn’t know this till after a 10-mile race…ouch! Vaseline or another chafe-inhibitor could have helped) . I also wish it wicked moisture a little better since the outside is cotton. But I think this is the best alternative to wearing 2-3 bras to get the same level of support!
